Shaker / Rocker Hydrogenator
- Capacity : 100ml - 5 Litres.
- Pressure 35 bar in steel & up to 6 bar in Glass are also offered to study the activity of the Catalyst.
- MOC: Glass, SS 316, Hastelloy B / C, Monel, Inconel, Nickel etc.
- Unit is very compact without gland & stirrer hence minimum spares & maintenance.
- Charging & operating very simple & vigorous mixing reduces the reaction time considerably.
- The unit is very economical considering the interchangeability of different capacity bombs in single set up.
- Offered with Vent valve , Pressure safety valve , Flame proof motor , sampling port , 4 Ltrs Hydrogen Gas Cylinder of SS 304 to feed gas in the vessel while it is in motion , Table top mounting etc with a list of optional accessories for automatic temp , pressure , gas flow control & SCADA software for remote control / Data logging.
- Ideally used mainly for synthesizing or modifying organic compounds by catalytic hydrogenation & finds extensive application in bulk drug pharmaceutical industries , Agrochemicals , specialty chemicals , catalyst manufacturer etc.
