Zero Leakage Magnetic Drive Coupling

• Can be used for reactor sizes from 50ml up to 10000 Liters capacities & torques from 8 kg-cm-( 0.8 Nm) up to 2000 kg-cm(20 Nm) & available in different  MOC  like  SS 316 , SS 316L , Glass , Hastelloy B/C , Monel , Inconel , Nickel , Titanium , Tantalum  etc .
• It can be offered for pressures up to 5000 PSI & temperatures up to 500 deg C.
• It can be used for any agitation application under pressure from lab scale to plant scale. These couplings are extremely useful for high pressure or high vacuum applications where leakages are not permitted for continuous running.
• With magnetic coupling there is no need for bearing housing .They are ideal replacement for gland & mechanical seals which wear out frequently & hence cannot be used for toxic/expensive materials.
• The coupling is flexible & hence any overload results in coupling slippage thus preventing any breakage of coupling, shaft or failure of motor.The coupling has no spares that wears out & need no replacement, hence zero maintenance.
• A water cooling jacket protects the magnets & other components from excessive temperature arising from the reactor. Any existing glass/metal stirred reactors/fermentors with gland / seals can be retrofitted with Amar make magnetic drives as per requirement.
• It finds application for any lab to plant scale metal / glass reactors / fermentors under vacuum / pressure in any industry.
